Maryna Saienko, Managing Partner of Zakon Peremogy Attorneys at Law, a certified mediator of the Ukrainian Mediation Centre under the auspices of the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, and her mediator colleague Valeriya Drabynovych gave a public lecture “Mediation in business: how to handle a conflict and save time, money and reputation”, organized by EBA Management Development Centre together with Rödl & Partner and Ukrainian Mediation Centre (KMBS).

Speakers told members of the business association why mediation is one of the best and painless ways to resolve disputes, which, since the 1990s, has been actively used in Ukraine for business and personal disputes, shared best practices in the world of mediation different levels of conflict and drew attention to the possibility of mediation in Ukraine.

The procedure, principles and advantages of mediation drew attention of participants of the event. Many have expressed their interest in using this method of dispute settlement in future.

Our team continues to contribute to active promotion of mediation in Ukraine as a qualitatively new culture of dialogue in society.
